Application Process
1
Surface Prep: Mechanically buff rubber surfaces with a tungsten carbide disc and clean thoroughly to remove oil, dust, and grease.
2
First Coat (Primer): Apply a thin, uniform coat of NEON CHEM CVC to both prepped surfaces and let it dry completely.
3
Hardener Mixing: Thoroughly mix NEON CHEM Hardener with the cement for 1–2 minutes before the second coat.
4
Second Coat: Apply the activated mixture evenly over both surfaces and allow it to reach a tacky state (tack-dry).
5
Join & Roll: Align surfaces precisely, join firmly, and roll vigorously using a serrated stitcher roller from center to edges to expel trapped air.
